strategic place,many facilities nearby

whatsapp chinese lady asking for early checkup but so arrogant.hotel too small,dirty towel,dirty bedsheet,bad smells everywhere,non muslim friendly room(dont have proper place to pray),wrote on room description soundproof room,but can hear everything everytime people from near my room go in or out.hairdryer also got dust,is the room got good housekeeping or not everytime customer check in and checkout?

"Rude Customer Service – This Hotel Will Never Improve!"

What I like about this hotel is its surroundings. There are many nearby shops such as Zus, KK Mart, Watsons, a couple of eatries, and also a laundry.

This hotel is a self-service check-in hotel. So, you need to contact the given number, which is 011 11922908, as well as a few other alternative numbers. The customer service person I dealt with was an Indian lady. Extremely rude and disrespectful! VERY SLOW RESPONSE. She replies to WhatsApp messages very late, and even hung up on me while I was talking! At the same time, I also came across several other guests who wanted to check in around the same time, and they faced the exact same problem as me. Please, do not stay at this hotel!! Or if you’re forced to, at least contact the other numbers given instead of the one mentioned above. Please!! Please!! Please!! To the hotel management, if you want your hotel success, please train your customer service staff. Don’t be RUDE to customers. And if you’re not capable of handling customers, pass it or hire someone else. or, don’t operate a self-check-in hotel. Don’t give stupid excuses!!!
