Jo-anna was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Cabin was indeed very cozy, comfortable and perfect if you need a bed for the night. Very good value for money, especially so during the Goodwood Revival where hotels in a wide circle around Chichester are sold out or ask ridiculous prices.

The bathroom is in the house and only available from 7am to 7pm. There is a chemical toilet in the cabin. This was mentioned in the text. I didn’t realise, however, that there is not a basin to wash hands or brush your teeth.

It was quiet. The host was lovely.

It was expensive for what it is. Nothing special, and a travel lodge is better value. The beds were lousy, not very comfortable. The toilet in the cabin was a portable camping toilet in the corner of the room. I wouldn't book again for that price. The term cozy makes you think of a lovely snuggly room, it wasn't. It's a shame because the host, Jo, was lovely.
