Nice location

It was a single bed with a pull-out draw type bed underneath which was at floor level. When's the pullout bed was fully extended the corner of it touched the chemical toilet which had no door or curtain for privacy. If you had to get up during the night before the toilet you would have had to stepped over the person laying on the pull-out bed at floor level.

Very quiet place

We were walking South Downs Way and accomodation was easily reachable by bus from Botolph. Nice pizzeria in easy walking distance. Good price. Friendly hostess. Flexible time of arrival

Chemical toilet in the room. Main bathrooms were not accessible from 8.30pm until the next morning. Second bed was pullout bed, so I had to climb over my friend to get to the toilet... Setup would have been ok for 1 person, but was tricky for 2. Table was stored behind toilet and hangers were above toilet so not really useable. Room setup needs a little rethink for 2 people.

Cabin was comfortable and cosy, and represented a good value for money.option for us. It was close to the town and railway and was perfect for our one night stay.

Joanna is a wonderful host and offers a very cozy and comfortable room to stay in. Everything was clean and nicely prepared ahead of my arrival. Having the room in the back of the garden makes it very quiet and together with the AC and super comfortable bed I had a very refreshing sleep. If I am ever back in the area I will for sure try and book a stay here again.

A little mat at the entrance to put wet/dirty shoes (so you don't risk dirtying the carpet) would be a welcome addition I think. Perhaps a little lamp near the bed for some late night reading, but that's a very personal thing, not everyone might need it.

Cabin accommodation in garden. Warm and cosy. Bed was comfortable 😉

Jo has some small issues to adjust, she is new to this so allowances can be made. I am sure she will sort them in due course.
