the kitchen need improvement

The environment was cool and friendly. It was relatively clean and quiet. The staff are cool and ready to assist

The ACs coming on and off even with the inverter and also the bedspread and pillow cases are clean but needs exceptional cleaning

My stay at 501 Aparthotel was absolutely exceptional. The apartment was spotless, modern, and beautifully furnished, offering the perfect blend of comfort and style. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always willing to assist with anything I needed. The location couldn’t be better — close to restaurants, shops, and main attractions, yet still peaceful and relaxing. The amenities exceeded my expectations, especially the comfortable bed, high-speed Wi-Fi, and well-equipped kitchen. I would highly recommend 501 Aparthotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the city.

The attitude of the staff is excellent. I want to come back there always.

The hostess Bolu was exceptionally nice and forward thinking. She made us really comfortable during our stay, looking forward to my next visit.

Everything great. Amazing personel amazing atmosphere. I will be always come back there.

The staff were so warm

Now the place is an absolute mess. The hotel standard is -1 star at best. First, the kitchen was messy! The standard of furniture is extremely poor. Power was tripping on and off. Food was not good. Head of fish to a guest? I wanted to manage due to the warm staff but then I was told the AC wont work overnight. I could not take it anymore even though they offered to make exceptions. Tbh, the AC was not even working well as I was sweating. I had to leave the group and went to pay for another hotel. They insisted on full payment regardless and then was offering different rooms despite not turning on AC as promised. I will not recommend this place. I slept like a baby where I went.
