We chose this studio mainly for the reason that bikes were available during the whole stay. That fulfilled our expectations. On top I would highlight perfect communication with the owner as well as useful hints for trips in Rovinj that we got after arrival.

"Very nice accommodation"

Very nice, new modern studio with big terrace. Parking space just infront of the apartment. Bikes for free use also in front of the apartment.

It's just little bit unconventional since neighbors watch directly into the apartment/terrace however it's one of the most touristic places in Croatia so therefore ok.
