I was in room 522 B block, I think some other reviews on here might be for different rooms. Room was very clean and well equipped, pool and gym part of complex. Decent bed, sofa and TV.

"Good value for money near the airport"

Good size rooms with all necassery conforts.

Pool was closed already at 6pm and the streets near by are quite shady (not the nicest area).

"Great place to stay for travelers"

The place is at a great location. There are restaurants and convenient stores within walking distance. The best part is it is only about 5 minutes away from the airport. The unit was clean and well maintained, and it even has a washing machine. It is also reasonably priced.

"This is the best one near the airport ,before we fly to another country from cebu we even manged to wash our clothes and"

The room included everything you need even the washing machine, plates,microwave etc..

i don't know the counter woman is actual staff or security, the way she speak is annoying and lack of politeness.
