It was lovely and specious. It was very quiet and lovely and clean. The bed was very comfy. Beautiful big bay window by the dining table where we had a part view of the sea. The flat was on the ground floor which was brilliant.

We were happy with everything.

The smell of sewage as u enter the property as well as the uncleanliness of the facilities months of dust on fan in bathrooms beds were covered on months worth of dust. What we paid for this property very unhappy and company not willing to compensate

Great size, clean and tidy good location and easy access being on the ground floor. Staff great and helpful if you need them and kept in contact for arrival information

Small things like supplies, there was a coffee machine but no coffee and small amount of toilet paper supplied. As there is no local shop that sells these supplies it would have been nice to not have to worry you might go short.

Lovely flat, the only thing we missed was hand held shower.

Location was great

The place was dirty on arrival, it needed a deep clean. Dead flies on the window and dirty floors, dog hairs on the sofa. I had to clean as I unpacked and ended up cleaning a lot, not what I wanted for my holiday. The main issue was access, the key safe was very degraded (due to the salty air) which meant the code didn't open it, we had to force it open to get inside, I tried calling the management but they just kept giving me the code and were not very helpful over the phone. Not the ideal start after a very long drive! Many of the light bulbs had blown, these were partially replaced during the visit after I asked them to be which was good. The lock on the main bathroom also broke, locking my elderly mother inside and panicking as it is a small room. The spa bath didn't work. The outside space was very dirty, it had a small court yard but it was full of cobwebs and the plants had died. Looked quite tragic and not what was advertised on here. A scary issue we found was the electric certification and fire safety certs are all massively out of date, as far as I'm aware it is not legal to rent a property without an active fire safety certificate. Thankfully nothing happened but I would not stay there again with my family. The location is great, maybe other apartments in the block were better kept than ours was. Personally, for the price I was disappointed. This was our main holiday this year and it was just disappointing to have so many issues throughout our stay. I hope this helps!

Great location and brilliant for getting to many beaches as a dog owner

It is a bit tired...looks great on pics and first arrival...then just simple things old fittings and tired stuff.... plates crockery...and missing stuff like a £1.50 pizza slicer...needs a new front door too .. it's horrible and it's not inviting or practical...

We were asked to strip the beds when we left, no problem with that but didn't expect to find the duvets, mattress protectors and pillow protectors dirty, they should have been cleaned or changed for the next visitors. Also a frying pan and casserole dish had not been washed properly.
