Needs maintenance, door lock doesn't work every time, ACs are very noisy, curtains do not cover well the windows, the shower hose does not provide proper pressure, the balcony door is a pain to open and close. I was expecting better for the price I paid

The apartment is super old, and it has new things but the bathroom and the windows are super old, and it has low maintenance. In fact, all the tiles in the living room are loose…for that price your expectation is: a king size bed (not a little queen one), good, well maintained doors and windows (especially if you have parties in every hotel around you) and a great bathroom.
