Great location in Galway city,

Nothing to like. Plenty to dislike. No help from the manager. Promised a refund but nothing after five weeks. Several phone calls later and still nothing.

This is a kip of a place. The entrance hall and stairs are like walking into the dark hole of Calcutta. Bag of dog poop on stairs. No heat, Roof Velux windows leaking and falling apart. Wardrobes doors in bits, no shelves or hangers. Beds and mattress are in bits. TV not working,

everything. It was dirty with pungent damp smell. The wall heater was leaning against the wall, not attached. The pub downstairs was very loud and the only reason i stayed for the first night was I couldn't find anywhere else to stay. I was supposed to stay two nights, but I left after that night and stayed in another property elsewhere in Galway.

Nothing. The place was absolutely filthy and disgusting the bed spreads were not fresh and had definitely been slept in. The place was freezing and had no heating.

Everything. So disappointed and actually in disbelief. Would never wish staying here on my worst enemy
