Excellent location in the center of Cagliari. But quiet in the evening. The appt is new and spotless. Kitchen, sofa and table and a large tv. Coffee machine with coffee is there Upstairs is the bedroom. Bathroom is also good and shower too. Communication with owner was easy and good. Appt is quite spacious. Good AC Very good price / quality ratio. Parking nearby in a garage (10 eur for 24 hours) I would definately stay here again when coming to town !

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. Poor hygiene, unfair treatment, and threatening behavior We cannot recommend this place at all!! When we arrived, the apartment was in a very dirty condition – after just a few minutes, our feet were black from walking on the floor. Clearly, it had not been cleaned properly. On the day of departure, we asked to stay a few hours longer, as the apartment was free. The host asked for more than a full night’s rate for just a few extra hours – we eventually agreed on €50. We also paid the tourist tax in cash on arrival. Later, the host falsely claimed that we hadn’t paid the tourist tax or the accommodation at all, and started threatening us with police action – even though only the €50 was briefly missing, which has since been paid. What made things even worse: the host harassed us for days with aggressive messages, insults, and threats. He called us “stupid kids” and even threatened to come to our country to “visit” us. This was completely unacceptable and made us feel very unsafe.
