Damp smell

Location, spacious and lovely view

I stayed for 4 nights and unfortunately the apartment lacked many basic essentials. There was no washing machine, no dishwasher, no dustbin lid, no dish rack, and not even a new sponge for washing dishes. Bathroom essentials were also missing — no bath soap, shampoo, or conditioner provided. The TV was extremely small for the size of the room, which made relaxing in the evenings quite inconvenient. For such a steep price, I expected far better facilities and a more comfortable experience. The place has potential, but definitely needs improvements in amenities and attention to detail to be worth the cost.

In terms of breakfast we made our own and It was nice and what I like most Our accommodation was clean, beautiful, and smelled amazing 🌸✨ Right next to the beach, with a view we enjoyed every moment of 🌊😍

The only thing missing was an aircon or heater, as it got a little cold at night ❄️. Still, such a lovely and memorable stay 💕”

Comfortable beds and clean unit.

Terrible view, having a dumpster in the parking lot when then parking bays are so tight to get into. Electric fence was clicking all night. Guests in the unit close by very inconsiderate till 3am. Lifts not working. I booked the unit with a decent view on the booking and felt like we were shoved in a corner. No maid service and was t informed there wasn't one.

My recent stay at Perna 1 was truly enjoyable! The location was perfect—convenient, scenic, and close to everything I needed. The accommodations were excellent, and the unit itself was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The support from the agents was outstanding—they were responsive, helpful, and made sure my stay went smoothly. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would gladly return in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great place to stay
