Nestled right in the heart of the old town of Bari , location was perfect. The accomodation was spacious,comfortable, clean and air conditioned . Quiet at night and cafes and restaurants on your doorstep. Host extremely attentive and provided recommendations for food etc Access to property extremely easy and I highly recommend

I liked everything , no minuses at all

This place is absolutely amazing! The owner was very kind, approachable and provided clear and detailed instructions in advance. The room was spotless, well furnished, so cozy that we felt at home from the very first moment! The bathroom has a ceiling with small lights which reminded us of a sky full of stars, leaving us speechless. The hot tub with chromotherapy was the cherry on top of the cake 🤩 If you're looking for a place to stay in Bari, we highly recommend Number 12!

Nothing, everything was perfect

Excellent location. The room is without question, absolutely beautiful. The jacuzzi was very large and modern, although it took 90 minutes to fill. Lighting is very high tech and adaptable to many lighting moods. The heating and cooling system worked very well. Wi-Fi signal was very strong.

No shower. As this is a self-check in, many pictures with detailed instructions come to you via email. This includes getting into the room, getting out of the room, and how to use the digitally operated jacuzzi. When we're travelling, our time is valuable, and felt too much of it was spent figuring out how everything works. You will hear every sound made anywhere close to the room. Church bells ring loudly every morning at 0700. Never could get any channels or the Fire Stick to work on the TV. Instruction sent by the owner via WhatsApp were not helpful.

The location is amazing, right in the centre of Bari Old Town. Communication with the owner was exceptional, even recommending places to eat and making a reservation for us. Instructions to the property and inside the building was very easy to follow.

Friendly and helpful host, provided local restaurant recommendations and helped arrange transportation to the airport.

Room slightly damp / could be better ventilated. (But this is only a minor concern in what was an otherwise fantastic stay)

Excellent location, very clean and comfortable - it had everything we needed. The host was very prompt and helpful in their communications.

There are no windows, so no natural light - but that can’t be changed because of the style/history of the property. It gave it a cosy feel :)

Excellent location in Bari old town. The apartment was beautiful. The owner was super helpful over WhatsApp and was able to book us a taxi transfer to the airport. A lovely stay.
