Brilliant location

Door did not lock properly. We propped chairs against it. More information in apartment would have been helpful. Manager arrange ztl parking pass which was nice but didn’t give any instructions. Then got annoyed when I asked several times. I think overpriced for what it use

1st floor walk up, clean, spare, acoustically hard, washer, air con!, fibre internet, easy to get in.

Virtually no natural light, gloomy, very few plates, bowls, glasses, clearly NOT the room we booked. Tuesday, May 14. Heavy rains cause the apartment to flood, every window leaks, 2 cm water on the bathroom floor. We call Sally, 20 min later two guys arrive and transport us to a replacement room 1.2 km south, much smaller, no internet, but dry. They tell us we have the replacement until Friday, and we accept despite the distance and inconvenience. 9:30 pm Sally calls us at dinner and tells me we have to return to the wet room because she has booked our replacement apartment. I tell her we are staying and she can call the police.

Sally was exceptional, she communicated well with me ! She asked how my stay is going several times during my days in Modena. Great location and great lady !

I just wished her instructions would come sooner than the day of my stay, I was anxious about that. But everything went smoothly overall. She gave clear instructions.
