Friendly host, lovely room & very clean. We appreciated the continental breakfast offered.

Unfortunately the odour of smoke which we are very sensitive to was strong in the whole place. Noise from voices and/or television continued until around 4am. While this wasn't loud, it was certainly noticeable. The shower was difficult to use & we had trouble flushing the toilet

Jackie is very friendly but sadly the premises need a lot of TLC

Everywhere needs a good clean, Outside is an eye sore, Nets on windows are tatty and worn Such a shame as the owner is a lovely person
