"The accommodation and the owner are one big trouble."

the location of the resort is very good, but once you get inside, everything was one big mess! The accommodation was on the 4th floor and the owner of the resort turned off the elevator due to the behavior of the people in the resort. So, when we jumped over the broken pavement, we had to climb down to the 4th floor. It's very pleasant at 4:00 in the morning. I have to admit that the person who was supposed to accommodate us, and who didn't - probably on purpose - speak a word of English, took out one of our 20 kg suitcases, even though he almost died doing it.

So we checked in at 4:00 am. It was after a storm, so a cold wind was blowing outside and it was really a maximum of 12 degrees Celsius. we discovered that the doors and windows were leaking and there was a big draft inside. We tried to seal the holes and turn on 2 air conditioners. Unfortunately - one had no heating at all and the other had this function - probably as part of cleaning - it was non-functional! So we tried to find some kind of towel and hand wipes (there was no soap) and we tried to quickly crawl under the duvet or blanket. There was no duvet, only 2 completely dirty blankets, no sheets, which smelled strange. It was 4:30 in the morning - the pillows were so hard and only scratchy, so we put a sweater under our heads, put on warm coats, covered ourselves with spiny blankets and froze, we tried to survive until morning. On the second day, we tried to negotiate with the owner of the accommodation. I offered him that if he accepted the claim, I would pay him 2 nights. He promised to do so and of course he didn't follow through. He even returned our $50 deposit with some lost $50 bill. We found other accommodations and would rather pay for accommodations again than endure this. I'm not talking about the amount of dirt everywhere and they didn't even have time to clean up after painting. The accommodation and the owner are one big trouble. Karma is free.
