Beautiful, peaceful

There’s no freedom to being outside because of the monkeys, insects biting us that we couldn’t even see, and the lizards moving around😩. It’s difficult to get enough air inside, which causes a lot of heat and stuffy air, maybe it could be better if there was an air conditioner.

The ambience the spacious rooms and cleanliness.

It was extremely hot and it would have made our stay a lot more pleasant if there were aircon facilities.

Place was clean, well equipped, good area

WiFi a bit iffy, check out time a bit to early.

Great location, situated walking distance to the beach. Plenty space for a big family. We loved that it had a dishwasher and washing machine. Wonderful space to entertain your family on a daily basis.

All the steps made it very difficult with a 18 month baby.

Absolutely stunning location, as two girls travelling alone we felt incredibly safe and the space was exactly the calm and peaceful experience we were needing!

Loved the location. Spacious house and bedding, furniture very comfortable. Communication with Ballito agencies very efficient and friendly. Veronica who cleaned was lovely, great with being friendly to our kids and cleaned well. House nicely decorated with a lovely beachy vibe.

It was very very hot inside the house. X 2 of the fans were either not working or broken (no cage on the front so dangerous around children). Due to the velvet monkeys we could not leave doors or windows open much to cool the house down as we had monkeys who came into the house just with one door open when we were all inside. Air conditioning would make a huge difference and working fans in all rooms pr otherwise screens on the windows so you can leave windows safely open. The geyser was also off when we arrived and no instructions that we needed to switch it on so that was very frustrating with cold wet children in the evening on the first night after the beach as they had to wait 30-40 mins for water to heat up. Tumble dryer was also not working? We would not find the mains switch at thd wall and it did not turn on at all from the normal switches at the front. This was also quite frustrating as clothes take several days to dry due to the humidity. Wioden chair in garden also completely falling apart and quite rotten.
