We were shocked upon check in to receive a message stating that the spa and pool wasn’t included, it’s a private company which needs to be booked separately. It was difficult to navigate the website but when we did, we were shocked to find that use of the facilities were 175RON per person per use. That equates to £60, €70, $80 for 2 people to use the facilities on 1 occasion! Completely ridiculous prices. We booked this accommodation for the pool and spa facilities which were described in the listing as the “special feature of the apartment”. It would have been cheaper for us to book the 5* grand hotel and use their facilities than to use the facilities in the apartment block. We would not have booked this accommodation had it been clear that it did not include a pool and spa facilities. The owner said that they did not write the descriptions and this is booking.com’s fault but I find it hard to believe why booking.com would put this on the listing. We had a first night from hell. It was 28’C in the room and we couldn’t operate the air conditioning. The owner informed us that it was too cold so they had taken their air con controller! On top of this, the intercom kept ringing throughout the night. We only managed around 2 hours sleep after a long day of travelling which really made us wish we’d booked somewhere else. The following day the owner did arrange to drop off the air conditioning controller and silenced the intercom so we did sleep better for the remainder of the stay. There is no shower curtain/screen so it is uncomfortable trying to shower whilst not getting water all over the bathroom. As a tall person, the shower was positioned around chest height (probably 5ft) which also meant I had to squat and bend down to try and shower. No lamps for reading, only a bright main light. Apartment is around a 40 minute walk from the centre. For the money, if we’d known the pool wasn’t included, we could’ve got an accommodation closer to the centre instead.

Everything was perfect! A chic room and a very clean one! Everything was new in the room and I enjoyed going to the spa, just one floor below the apartment! I strongly recommend you!

I liked the property. Well equipped with everything that is needed in a house. I have read complaints about the mattress, but I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all. Also the host is very friendly. The location is good. There is a tram station towards Unirii square. A supermarket Kaufland 5 minutes away. I recommend the property.

A very nice, quiet studio, nicely decorated, extremely comfy beds and with all the necessary utensils. Slept like a baby. Very good location for my meetings plus well connected to the public transportation. All in all, a very good deal for its price. I will definitely return here.
