NZVery comfortable well presented space
NZThis was a lovely B&B and had so many extras that made it feel very homely. It was very clean and I had a great nights sleep in the comfortable bed. Would highly recommend.
NZAccess to motorway is terrific as is the off-street parking. Hosts were wonderful and very helpful.
FRI didn't see the hosts, as the studio has a separate entry with a code, but they sent me a lot of detailed instructions (and also they left very detailed information in a book inside the room), so everything went very smoothly on arrival. The studio is cozy, very clean and extremely well equipped, with everything you could need. There were some supplies for breakfast in the room (coffee, fruits, yoghurts,...).
The room is a bit small, and there is not enough space to open the luggage (when you come from the other end of the world like me, you don't come for a couple of days and you have a quite big luggage...). It was OK for one person (like me), but probably a bit too small for two people.

GBVery well equipped and comfortable with a welcome supply of tea, coffee and breakfast. Lots of little things had been thought of like phone chargers, a corkscrew and electric blankets (not needed in Feb though!) and everything was spotless. Would thoroughly recommend.

NZNZEverything in the unit was clean and comfortable.A lovely view out the window across the road of trees,ferns and homes on the hill.A good size TV to watch and a good size microwave for use.Lovely bathroom and the water flowed well in the shower.A cold Breakfast is available in the unit and can be bought at the property if wanted.There is everything you could want in unit plus extras!Parking is on a roadside pad outside the property and one walks up a few steps or the small slope to the unit.Your car can be seen from the unit.
Only fault was the fridge ice box needs defrosting!!!.
