Location and the cleanliness

Beddingwas not clean, water does not drain in the shower. Crockery and cutlery not adequate, Requested a towel change, the same towels were left out to dry and placed for us to use again. Not what you would expect of property in Umhlanga, an upmarket area. Disappointed.

The whole appartment and the pool

The rooms where good and clean,security was 100% together with the security staff

The toilets by the pool where very very very dirty ,the thing to hang the clothes by the balcony was broken,was unable to use it

Good location. Clean.

The shower drains were clogged. The water floods the bathroom when you take a shower. No proper utensils. No drinking glasses, only wine glasses. We had you wait half an hour after check in as the apartment was still being cleaned at 14h35 in the afternoon. The host doesn't give you details about key collection and hardly answers her phone. Make sure you contact her well in advance about key collection as you cannot enter the building without an access code or tag. This was Unit A005.
