DE🇮🇹 Struttura arredata con molto gusto, curata e pulitissima, con un gradevole profumo in tutta la casa. Si ha la sensazione di essere ospiti da amici attenti e con spiccato senso estetico. Camera dotata di ogni comfort: frigo, macchina del caffè, TV e condizionatore. Letto molto comodo e posizione strategica vicino all’autostrada. Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di usufruire in maniera esclusiva del bagno, solitamente condiviso con un’altra stanza che in quel momento era libera. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Accoglienza impeccabile: Francesco è un host attento e gentile. 🇩🇪 Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete, gepflegte und äußerst saubere Unterkunft mit angenehmem Duft im ganzen Haus. Man fühlt sich wie bei Freunden zu Gast, die großen Wert auf Ästhetik und Kunst legen. Das Zimmer ist mit allem ausgestattet: Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, TV und Klimaanlage. Sehr bequemes Bett und strategische Lage in der Nähe der Autobahn. Wir hatten das Glück, das Badezimmer exklusiv nutzen zu können, das normalerweise mit einem weiteren Zimmer geteilt wird, welches zu diesem Zeitpunkt jedoch frei war. Hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Der Empfang war tadellos: Francesco ist ein aufmerksamer und freundlicher Gastgeber.

CHOrganisatorisch, freundlich, Aufmerksamkeit von Gastgeber. Ruhige Lage, insbesondere da es sehr nahe der Autobahn war. Restaurants zu Fuss in der Nähe. Sehr sauber, und mit allem ausgerüstet was es braucht ( bequemes Bett, im Zimmer Kphlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher usw.) Für mich einfach perfekt!!!🤩

FRLogement avec un parking gratuit à proximité immédiate, idéal donc pour ceux qui viennent visiter Parme en voiture. Logement très propre, décoré avec goût et hôte très accueillant
