Live in NYC -20 Mins to Rockefeller, MoMA & World

I really liked the accommodation because it was a very cozy, clean, and spacious place where my family and I felt very comfortable. The person who gave us directions was very kind, and the person in charge of cleaning was also extremely helpful due to a situation we had in the family. Their support meant a lot to us, and I am very grateful.

- Great interaction with the owner - house is conveniently located - the house was clean and spacious

- Some rooms need blackout curtains, especially the first bedroom, since the window is close to another house that has an automatic light that turns on during the night - people that live upstairs are very noisy, even after midnight. The owner tried to solve the issue by calling them, so no issues on his side

A beautiful clean apartment in a nice neighborhood. Can't say anything bad about it! Would highly recommend this place for larger travel parties.

We were in NY for a week with 6 adults. Everything looks just like in the photos. There was enough space, two bathrooms, a large living room and fully equipped kitchen. You can enter the apartment using a code. To Manhattan it takes 20 minutes by public bus 125 to Port Authority Bus Terminal for €5.15, or from the same bus stop by small bus to the same bus station to gate 51 for €3.50. The bus stop is about 300 meters from the apartment, you just have to go to the other side of the street. I recommend going in the evening to Maxwell Place Park, approximately 3 km away, where you can see the whole of Manhattan beautifully. The area is inhabited by Spanish-speaking people and is safe. Contact with the owner was perfect.

The place is exactly like the pictures and loved that it had off street parking and a great location.
