BGeverything is perfect, it is very rare to find this big of an apartment with 4 bathrooms(each for every bedroom). it is new and its literally 1 min away from Puerta del Sol plaza.
I had hard time locating the keys for the property, but after calling the host, they responded immediately and I found where the keys were located.

BE-We didn’t receive the access codes at 3pm as promised. I called the owner many times but didn’t answer the phone. We couldn’t enter the apartment and needed to rent a storage for our luggage. We had tickets for the game of Real Madrid but because we couldn’t enter the apartment, we missed the first 45min of the game 😕 -The bed was way to small to fit 2 people
USI never had a chance to stay at the property.
The property was unavailable for the dates I booked, due to a previous guest trashing the apartment. The property manager offered there is substandard alternatives, which I declined. What I applied for a refund of my money since the apartment was not available, my request was denied. I have a working with booking.com for the return of my money. I assume I’ll get it back eventually. But it’s like Point teeth with this property manager. We never stay with this property manager again.
GBThe location is fabulous. Very central and accessible to the metro at Sol (5 minutes walk) and within easy walking distance of many sights, restaurants, bars and shops. The apartment is on the second floor and has recently been beautifully refurbished and was very comfortable for the 8 of us between Christmas and New Year. There is a lift. Communication with the rental company was good and arranging to meet on our arrival to receive the keys worked well.
Whilst not a big issue but something to bear in mind, the apartment is in a pedestrian area, so you will have to walk from where a taxi drops you or from the metro. Two of the bedrooms are over the street where restaurants are open until 2am, so having ear defenders of some sort is advisable.
