"Appartement proche plage et bien équipé"

Globalement l’appartement est propre, bien équipé et joliment décoré. Il est situé à proximité de la plage et de l’embarcadère pour l’îlet Gosier. Supérette à proximité et restaurants à 10 minutes à pied (on recommande vivement le Coconut situé en face de l’Arawak). La literie est confortable. Un petit fond de placard (thé, café, boissons…) est offert aux hôtes. Convient bien pour un court séjour. Rapport qualité prix correct.

Il est en revanche très (trop) bruyant. Nous avons mal dormi. Il y a eu une coupure d’eau. Certes il y a des bonbonnes d’eau en dépannage mais déjà ouvertes donc on ne sait pas si l’eau est vraiment propre ou pas et ce n’est pas pratique à utiliser, elles sont très lourdes. Enfin, il a fallu que j’appelle la veille pour avoir les instructions d’arrivée. L’onboarding pourrait être mieux anticipé pour rassurer le client.

Logement très propre et très fonctionnel.

Pouvoir fermer le store dans la chambre serait mieux. Il y a eu deux coupures d’eau le matin sur quatre jours passés et quelques bouteilles d’eau seraient les bienvenues. Les bonbonnes , certes nécessaires , ne sont pas très pratiques pour la petite toilette.
