Mónica muy amable y dispuesta. El precio aceptable para lo que vi en esa zona.

Mucho olor a humedad, una de las habitaciones no tiene ventilación. Se escucha bastante el ruido del piso de arriba. Zona de estacionamiento medido y con limite de horario en la calle en la cual se encuentra el dpto. A la vuelta es medido sin limite de horario.

La vivienda tenía muchísima humedad El primer dormitorio sin ventilación ninguna Los colchones en muy mal estado El sofá le hasia falta un cambio Y la cocina mucho q desear No tenía aire acondicionado en ningún lado Está mi humilde opinión necesita muchas mejoras

Amable anfitrión, disponible y predispuesto a cumplir las peticiones. Amplio piso, dotado con las facilidades básicas para un fin de semana. Limpio y correcto para estancias cortas. Discreto en el resto de aspectos.

Localización alejada del centro, discreto en cuanto a las comodidades y servicios que ofrece. Las fotografías, aunque ciertas, no reflejan claramente como es el piso. Cierta decepción, aunque es posible que fuera por las expectativas creadas. Piso correcto, aunque austero. La calidad/precio no me pareció apropiada.
