Balor 1 - Hot Tub-Perth-Pets

The amount of space was great, very open

I had to be moved as balor 1 was under renovation. I was told the new one was the exact same. There was no bath in the new one which was one of the reasons I selected these lodges in the first place. Light fixtures weren’t working, stains on the blankets. 1 large plate between 2 adults (the rest were small). Dirty blinds on windows. Hot tub cover was filthy alongside the rest of the garden furniture. Overall not worth the price I paid

Everything was wrong with this booking.

Private hot tub, utilities provided and homey lodge environment. No contact check in and check out was also a bonus!

Only very small complaint re. Dirt in windows from tree fall, but completely understand this is not the fault of the owners and of Mother Nature 🤣

Lovely area, beautiful scenery, very peaceful, we loved the hot tub and that the lodge is dog friendly. The hotel is 2 minutes from the lodge and the restaurant was gorgeous, 10/10.

The bathroom cold tap didn’t work, no fairy lights around the lodge like the other lodges, I did ask for extras to be done for my boyfriends birthday but they weren’t, hard to get in contact with the owners.

We loved the location. It was very comfortable. The sofa and bed were very comfortable. It was very easy to get to. And we had everything we needed

Unfortunately our Lodge wasn't the cleanest. The plates were still soaking wet in the cupboards as were the chopping boards and the glasses and cups were dirty. They were out away in the cupboard with dirty finger marks and lip marks on them. O

Enjoyed the location but the accomation this time not good at all

Location was ideal , very pretty , very relaxing n quiet , although only a mile or so from Perth
