4 Bed House with Driveway Parking for 2 Cars - Rugby - Sleeps 10! Perfect for groups!

We loved the location being closed to several supermarkets and eateries as well as the shopping centre. The house had adequate room for everyone to be comfortable. Everything was in good order and we had a smooth easy check in. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again - the host was wonderful to communicate with. Parking was easy and hassle free.

We weren’t keen on the kitchen space because the lay out made it awkward to get to the fridge because the door blocked it.

Good location but I would not recommend this property. It needs a deep clean.

The floors were dirty. The bath was rusty and the cupboards were broken in the main bathroom. The bedsheets on the main bed were stained. The loo brushes were filthy and there were only 2 loo rolls for 3 toilets. The bins and recycling were overflowing and clearly hadn't been emptied for some time.

Location was good. Luckily we managed breakfast in shifts! Ate out for main meals 😋

Cramped, tatty flooring and furniture, 6 dining chairs (9 staying!), insufficient pots and cutlery (3 forks, 6 cups!), shower tray was blocked, toilet seat moved, loo roll holder broken, sink leaked, floors in hall and lounge grubby, bed settee and ottoman loaded with food debris, no toiletries, dregs of leftover cleaning products, insufficient towels, no spare bedding, pile of dirty laundry in closet, no spare loo rolls, baking tray had teflon peeling off............
