Even though the place is near to the market and access to every possible thing. This place feels like is in interiors and gives village kind of feel. Has a very good swimming pool and cafe.

Second time staying at this hotel under different ownership - better than before. Very good location only 5 - 10 minute walk to Mandrem Beach and lots of good restaurants. Set amongst the fields and countryside with a lovely pool. The staff all very friendly, rented a scooter through them for a good price. Also had good coffee and a small food menu, the salad bowls and rice dishes we had were very good. Will definitely be back!

Quiet at night. Comfortable bed. Nice pool area (always clean), large space for exercising & yoga and restaurant by the pool serves great food

A few more sunny areas around the pool instead of mainly shade would have been Nice

This is a really chill place with lots going for it if you’re after a low fi/really good value stay. The pool is delightful, the food from the guys at the back of the pool is great and the yoga/gym space on the top floor is really calm. For eats I recommend the Butter chicken and the salad bowls. Beach is only 10 mins walk.

It was a very calming experience, nestled in nature yet a short walk through the nature/back garden and quiet streets to the main road with shops, cafes and most importantly beach. The premises are kept clean, staff very polite and friendly. I appreciated the variety in food choices, from local curry to healthy breakfast options and tofu bowls of your selection. I highly recommend this place, especially if you’re a nature lover.

Only pool was nice but I saw some insects roaming around in the water. So careful at night.

- The room was not the same as they showed in the picture. - There were way too many lizards inside and outside the room. - The bed was super noisy and uncomfortable. - Basic things were missing from the bathroom. Location is quite shady and a little questionable as every time I passed the street there were weird people drinking in the open.

As a solo mature female traveller I found this hotel just what I wanted. It has a nice cool, very clean swimming pool and an outdoor seating area with tables and chairs and sunbeds and a cafe/restaurant open for breakfast lunch and dinner serving some great Indian food and wonderful salad bowls. Even better, on the rooftop is a large covered area you can use for personal workouts and yoga - there are 2 weights benches, some free weights and yoga mats available. It is in a quiet location but only 10 mins walk to the beach and 5 min walk to the main road with shops, restaurants etc. I looked at a few other hotels in the area as I decided to extend my stay but I decided to stay here again - not many ( if any) places have a swimming pool, restaurant and ‘gym’ for this sort of price.

The pool area is very shaded. Personally i would have liked more sunny spots to be able to sunbathe. The ‘path’ to the beach / main road could be improved There were some power cuts during my stay, hence no restaurant or wifi or electricity in the room

Something valuable got stolen in my room. staff not really friendly or helpful
