Edinburgh elms for 4 - New Town - City Center EB8

Very central for getting to and from different attractions we visited. All within walking distance. Good value for money.

Unfortunately no Wii fii and TV did not work, but was informed this was in progress of getting set up ( hence lower rating or would have been higher)

The apartment is bright, spacious, interesting architecture on the roof. Upon arrival we found the apartment very clean (not a single speck of dust). The bed linen was also clean and smelled nice. We communicated with the representative via text messages, but it was very convenient and quite clear. The location is generally the best in the city, because all the interesting and historical places are within walking distance. The only drawback that annoyed us a bit was the pub on the ground floor and the stairs leading to the apartment. At first it didn't look very safe, but that wasn't the case with the apartment because no one bothered us and we had a great time in this apartment. In summer it is a great choice, but in winter it can be a bit cold because it is a rooftop apartment. Special thanks to the manager, with whom we communicated by text, because I got all the answers to my questions and felt that we were taken care of. Thank you very much.

Amazing location, clean, bedroom has good heating

The door is a little tricky to lock, have to push the handle down, turn the key then pull the handle way up

No heating and no Wi-Fi

Location and the floor plan are unreal. The flat is bang on in the middle of the city and on the top of the building. Gorgeous!

Didn’t have wifi and could be a little tidier. It was a bit loud during the night as there’s loads of bars near the flat. Didn’t bother us, but just something to be mindful of. :)

Nothing it's frightening

In a backstreet you find the apartment up a dark narrow staircase past kicked in doors , rubbish and the smell of Weed. A 70s roof development it felt uncomfortable and scary with blocked fire escapes The apartment is large, bare and only one working wall heater with the heat of a candle We purchased blankets but hypothermia was setting in and owners ignored all attempts to discuss , we had to leave , it was minus 6 inside This apartment is a death trap and trying to resolve has been so far futile , We are shaken still , holiday ruined
