Property in a gated estate, secure and safe.

The hosts were problematic from the start, they wanted me to pay an additional fee in cash for cleaning which was never mentioned on Booking.com at the time of booking my stay. I refused. Upon arrival, I had no hot water on the first day of the stay because it was turned off by the host.
