Stay in Style at Nimman R201

Great guest - very helpful and reactive. The location is really good (with a 7/11 in the condo). The studio is perfect for one or a couple, or a couple with children for vacation. Warning - it's just one room, so no much intimacy for 4 adults.

The Aircon is really noisy. So that I had to disable it to sleep. In addition, there's not proper table to work long hours with a computer. Last but not least, Niman (the area) is really close to the airport so that you can hear planes sometimes.

The bed is big, the owner is friendly, overall is good. Location is like 5mins walk to Maya.

The bathroom a bit small for family of adult. If have washing machine is good, but there is washing service just at level 1 is also great for long stay guest.

Perfect location, many rastaurants and food stalls around. It's easy to get a Songtheaw from/to Nimman. At the ground floor is a 7/11, so it's easy to get food and drinks around the clock. The window area fitted good for 3 kids.

Sometimes it is loud due to planes or a motorcycle passing by. The noise level from the AC and the fridge is not low, you need to ignore it at night.

The place is very cozy l! It's a studio apartment with all essentials you need and even more) the bed is super comfy! the location is great too, 5 min by foot to Maya shopping centre, several café nearby and 7-11 right in the first floor of the building. The host is friendly and helpful, was ready to solve any problems but we didn't have any, all was great!
