NZAlmost everything - all was clean and tidy. Beds were comfy, facilities were modern, smelt clean and fragrant.
Lounge seating was very uncomfortable. After a long day out it would have been so much nicer to come back to the bach and relax in a nice chair or couch. There are many comfortable fold-down lounge/beds available at reasonable prices, or even adding a couple of quality 2nd hand chairs would have been better than 2x children's bean bags. Unfortunately, we did not look forward to returning there at the day's end. Both of us are over 60 and also found the entry steps a little too steep, especially when tired.

NZNZNZIt has everything you need for a stay!! Like think of home away from home, right down to cling wrap, oil, salt/pepper. Had spare towels in the drawer of the bathroom, it had ample supplies for dishwashing. Honestly couldn’t fault the place except that the walls are hallow but that doesn’t really affect the stay.
Just the stones and the deck is quite slippery as we left on a wet day so be careful if you have elderly or little kids as it is quite easy to slip. The other con is the front window/front sliding door has no privacy so sheets could be a good touch but honestly we were only there to sleep/eat
NZThe location was great and the accommodation was very neat and clean
Unfortunately the heat pump couldn't cope with the cold conditions therefore we were unable to get warm on our first evening. We then looked for extra blankets for the beds and none were available. We contact someone in the morning to explain this and asked for a heater and blankets. When we arrived back that evening a heater had been dropped off but no blankets. Our second night was more comfortable
