Santorini - Pyrgos 15

Location was great, going to the beach with the car by the main entrace was great and easy access;

The fans in the room were helpful for the hot weather. The TV was big and worked fine The outside sitting area was nice Bathrooms were clean and up to date. Beds were comfortable Bedding was clean

The unit was said to come with a dryer and washer, but both did not work. The microwave buttons weren't working well The couch in the lounge had a funny smell and seemed very old. We actually avoided sitting in the lounge, which should be the main gathering area of a house. The carpet in the lounge also seemed old and smelled stuffy, it has also become a tripping hazard. The biometrics were offline for the duration of the time we stayed there, and each time we exited and entered the complex was an issue with security. It did not make us feel very welcome.

DSTV not working and Aircone not working also No electricity for 3 days No sort of backup system or touch Also laundry is done once a week

The house was all we needed for our familly stay. Loved it will go back

Dstv was not working but was ok as we had a great time

The location and staff at top gate are very friendly

The painters arrive at 7:30am at every single window of the property and paint all day looking into the windows up until 5pm we had zero privacy we could not relax or shower or feel comfortable The place was extremely dirty with hair everywhere in the beds in the shower in the basin to brush our teeth and the floors were covered in other peoples hair The dishwashing rack to dry our dishes was completely rusted so we could not use it Our host never once answered our phone calls which we tried many times. Messages were only answered many hours later or the following day We will definitely not be back to santorini ever again Saved for a year to come to ballito and have a family trip and i regret ever booking at santorini. We had no privacy every single day that we booked from the morning to the afternoon we had workers staring at us in every single window in the apartment. It was not relaxing and comfortable at all Our host didnt bother taking our complaint into action as the workers arrived again the next day after complaining How can you guys put painters at someones apartment every single day they have booked to be painting windows and drilling it is absolutely absurd and insane i have never been so uncomfortable in my life Its only logical to put painters at units that have not been booked and let them rotate. Clearly santorini does not care about their people booked as even after wr complained they arrived again the following day from 7:30am-5pm at every window and again on the day we were leaving. I could not wait to leave and come home to relax in peace

The beds were comfortable and clean, The kitchen was equipped with everything necessary, There is a gas and normal braai, it was easy to collect, the security guards did the check in and registration of our access very well. They were very friendly and made the check in after a long drive pleasurable, safe estate and easy to access the beach and pools, beautiful sea views, the host was friendly and accommodating(via email) Great place for a family of all ages

The smell of mold is very strong in the apartment we had to ask the cleaner to clean with bleach, the place is not cleaned well there is dust on the walls and vents, the dishes are not cleaned properly some are very old like glasses so old that its cloudy and cant see through. The lounge furniture is old and clearly not getting deep cleaned. it was uncomfortable to sit on the couch it was a bit of a long process to check in especially when one has been on the road for so long it would be frustrating because one just wants to get in and rest

The house was clean, well kept and location was great, walking distance to beach and hall in the wall

The house smelt damp and mouldy. We were unable to open windows in the room with the bunks and it was ready bad for our 2 kids who are asthmatic. We were also unable to open sliding door in the master bedroom which was just as frustrating with the damp, mouldy smell.
