Place was not thoroughly clean, i struggled a lot with security code to leave and access security boom gates. This happened even after resetting code

I had to wait for almost an hour at the parking lot waiting to check in. Was told WiFi is being sorted out but even upon my check in and stay, the Wi-Fi still was working. It was very disappointing and the manager of the apartment didn’t really show interest in wanting to assist or provide sufficient feedback
