Our experience at the villa was far from pleasant. The maintenance of the property was virtually non-existent. The shower faucets were not only rusty but also severely deteriorated, rendering them unusable throughout our entire two-day stay. To make matters worse, the sun lounger covers were infested with mold, creating an uninviting atmosphere for relaxation. Additionally, the safe boxes were malfunctioning, and one of the windows wouldn’t close securely, leaving us vulnerable to potential intruders. We were fortunate to have the option to cancel our booking with the help of the booking service and relocate to a different villa that was far more suitable for our needs. Beyond the issues with the apartment itself, the location was highly inconvenient. It was situated miles away from essential amenities, with no restaurants or supermarkets in close proximity. A car was a necessity for any outings, but accessing the property was a struggle. The road leading to the villa was unpaved and riddled with bumps, transforming what should have been a simple journey into a frustrating ordeal. Moreover, the facilities were devoid of any oversight. There was no reception to address our concerns, and we felt as though security was non-existent throughout our stay. Overall, it was a truly disappointing experience.
