The house location is quite from traffic and the location not very far from main road.

The fan in bedroom downstairs got sound. The rest is fine

Rumah boleh di kategorikan bersihkan..cuma air kecik..peralatan dapur yg kurang seperti tiada blender@ lesung batu..bg kami yg dtg dlm keluarga yg besar so kami akan masak di homestay..Sila tambah mcm pinggan@ cawan..lg 1 Sila baca details yg kami isi masa kami byr pd booking.com..kami byr penuh bkn separuh2..so jika nk cas apa2 Sila bg harga yg btl2 pd booking.com..harap owner tambah baik apa yg sepatutnya utk di masa hadapan..tq

Sudden Deposit to check in property. No deposit no check in . No maintenance of the property. Fan is dusty Living area no Aircond and fan is so dusty very hot . Upstairs toilet no heater . Master bedroom toilet mirror is suspicious. Outside gate one side is not closed or damaged Garage area is so dirty and filled with cigarette buts .

The water pressure very slow, can’t even shower with it. Aircond not provided in the living room as in picture shown. The house dirty especially the toilet and the house not properly maintain. Internet connection very slowwwwwww ugh.

The house is spacious. Suitable for big families. The decoration is nice.

I think the owner did not maintain it properly. The water heater in master bedroom is not working due to no switch. The toilet is not clean enough. There was a visible watermark at the toilet mirror. The water pressure is so damn low for all the toilets except the toilet downstairs. There was a lot of dust on the wardrobe in the master bedroom, the blankets provided was dusty and few still got stains and the smell of mothball is too strong, which indicate it is left a long time and the owner did not bother to clean up. The wifi is too slow. The response from the owner, too, is not up to standard. If i didn't ask about the security deposit, they still didn't refund it after 48hrs!
