Tout était parfait

*Please read what we did not like if you are sensitive to strong fragrances* but if you are not - book the place, it is AMAZING. You will not be disappointed. Overall, this is a wonderful establishment. The couple who designed it had a fantastic idea and are creating a little paradise away from the hustle and bustle of Tropea. If you wish to experience peace and tranquility, overlooking the sea and watching sunsets with Stromboli on the horizon, this is your place! There is a little pool, a beer garden and lounges to sunbathe, if beaches are not your thing. -The location! Lovely view to the sea -The breakfast was unusual and surprisingly good - the owner makes the most amazing bruschetta with local/home grown products, as well as chia pudding, fruit salads and egg fritters from own chickens - yum! -The coffee is delicious! -The property is very well taken care of - clean and manicured -The room is designed beautifully - is functional and tasteful -Parking spaces available (4-5 inside of the gate) -The outdoor kitchen for exclusive use in one of the rooms -The owner was so kind to wash a load of clothes, hang it out and fold for us - thank you! -WiFi signal in the room and in the kitchen area is great, not sure about the surrounding grounds/beer garden area

-Fragrance in the room I am sensitive to strong fragrances. Although the owner says there was no smell or that it was coming from an "odourless" mosquito repellent, I have removed the device from the socket myself and placed it in a plastic bag in the bin. The artificial room fragrance in the apartment with the outdoor kitchen (not sure if other rooms were so smelly) made the place unsuitable for me (dizziness, nausea and migraine) and I needed to look for another place to stay late at night 1/4 of the stay. My partner decided not to move again (this was our 2nd move in Tropea already) but he also had headaches and had to ask for some sort of ventilation, which helped a little bit, but did not remove the smell as it penetrated the wooden features in the room. All in all I just wish the room was not destroyed by the smell as I would have loved to enjoy slow evenings and slow mornings at this beautiful establishment, rather than drive 15 min every evening and every morning to another place, where I could actually breathe. -Morning "farm" noises The dog was barking one of the mornings and woke up my partner - seemingly protecting the property from wild pigs, but if you are planning to sleep in, be prepared for some noises - which is expected in the countryside -Parking with a lowered car is a problem and requires some acrobatics, but is possible - the owners should not take this personally, we appreciated the guidance driving in with our "5 cm above the ground" cars and we simply want to let others know, that lowered cars might have a problem - what we would have liked to know ourselves. All in all it is a fantastic place to stay, I personally did not get a chance to enjoy it although I paid the money for it (including the 4 nights city tax, though I did not sleep there at all). If the fragrance in the room was not there, this place would have gotten a 12/10 because it is simply stunning.

Casa Natura 40 ist eine außergewöhnliche Unterkunft, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und möchten unbedingt wieder kommen. Besonders gefallen hat uns die fantastische Lage, der saubere Garten mit Pool und das liebevoll hergerichtete, gesunde Frühstück (Müsli, Obst, Bruschetta mit Tomaten vom eigenen Garten usw.) Danke vor allem an die lieben Gastgeber, ihr macht das super!

Un emplacement sublime avec une vue à couper le souffle sur Tropéa, dans un écrin de verdure, au calme, loin du tumulte de la ville. Une piscine super agréable, un coucher de soleil somptueux avec le Stromboli en ligne de mire. Une hôtesse charmante et souriante, constamment aux petits soins pour ses clients. Un petit déjeuner copieux et varié, avec des produits faits maison, une chambre spacieuse, le lit refait comme à l'hôtel. Des adresses de restos, bar, glacier, plages, activités. Je recommande ce B&B à 300%.

Absolument rien, tout était PARFAIT !

Tutto superlativo! La struttura, la posizione, il panorama, i proprietari Urte e Diego, i loro meravigliosi figli ed il papà di Diego, la colazione unica nel suo genere con un evidente amore in tutto quello che fa Urte (mai visto in nessun b&b). Grazie e a presto
