It was clean

There was no parking, the heat/ac didn’t work and the staff was rude

Great location, very comfortable. But nobody on-site. Communication via Booking.com was excellent.

We would have liked someone present on-site to answer questions, and more cooking/catering facilities, if only for breakfast - especially at that price.

Location was ideal for going to the concert

Booking.com listed our room as a 1 bedroom, but the room was clearly a studio. Our friends booked room 106 (I believe) thru AirBNB (described as a studio) and paid $100 less than what we paid thru Booking.com. The reason we booked thru Booking.com was so we could get a better room as it was stated to be a 1 bedroom. Had we have known the room was not a 1 bedroom and was actually a studio we would have booked thru AirBnB and saved $100. Photos do not accurately depict the type of room you are booking and that’s why the description is very important to have it truly reflect what you are paying for.

A Smeg coffee maker, and water and coffee amenities were fabulous! The down comforter was lovely. The room amenities were quite nice. The floors did have a few places where something (presumably sticky) had spilled, and they were dark re not being cleaned (around the end of the bed, and in the corners by each side table at the head of the bed). The bathroom seemed clean, and the coffee area seemed clean as well. The sheets smelled clean, and there was no artificial “febreeze” type of masking smells.

The doors closing thru out the floor, were horrifically loud, each time someone closed their main door, you could almost feel the reverberation. The noise was So Loud in the night it was an obstacle to sleeping. At about 11:30pm someone shut their door and my teenage son was jolted awake. We couldn’t imagine other people haven’t commented on this. While it was almost the only noise during our stay, it was quite bad.
