Lo mejor de este alojamiento es la calidad-precio y la cercania a dos calas muy bonitas (10 minutos andando). Fue fácil recoger las llaves con el código. Te dan como un kit de bienvenida para fregar los platos pero sólo te da para el primer día. El check in lo pudimos adelantar a las 12:00 lo cual fue muy positivo! Es tranquilo, por lo que no suele haber mucho ruido y es bastante fácil aparcar en los alrededores del apartamento. La piscina es grande y hay muchas tumbonas, casi no suele haber nadie.

Lo malo fue que tienen restricciones de horas en el aire acondicionado. Nosotros fuimos 5 y nos alojamos en el apartamento 10, por lo que dos personas tuvieron que dormir en un sofa-cama, que en realidad son dos sofás que tienes que unir y no son muy cómodos. En el salón hay un ventilador y en las habitaciones un aire acondicionado en cada una, pero al tener restricciones de horas, a veces hacía demasiada calor en el apartamento. En cuanto a las cosas de la cocina: hay los utensilios justos y necesarios para 5 personas (5 vasos, 5 platos hondos...) y no tienes ningún tipo de condimento (sal, aceite...), que en otros apartamentos si tienes. La limpieza bien, lo único que las tuberías no olían muy bien, por lo que el olor a veces era algo desagradable.

Third bedroom was the front room couches which was misleading. TV was spainish only. Would have been nice to at least have a news channel in English. Extra towels mid stay would have been nice

Very nice apartment with two balconies. Number 10 has the best sea view in the building. The pool is really nice! Beats building with the two tall pine trees (pinos altos) and a nice garden. And the laundry room is very good and free. The real beds were comfortable. The sofa bed was ok, actually more comfortable than expected, as long as you aren’t taller than me (1,70 m), but there is no air conditioning and no reading light in the living room. There is a big fridge and even a freezer. A coffee machine with melitta filters, a toater, a stovetop and a microwave.

It didn’t feel very personal, since the communication is only on whatsapp, never in person. Sometimes their AI robot wrote messages to me that didn’t feel relevant, for example the robot sent a message asking about when we were going to check out – before we had even arrived in Mallorca! And … It seems a bit cheap to provide only two rolls of toilet paper to a family of four staying four nights. It doesn’t cost much to provide a couple of extra rolls, right? The toilet was a little smelly. And the water closet was a bit loose.

Excellent pool and location great

Some kitchen bits lacking and could do with being updated a little. Shower pressure a little intermittent.

Good location for the beach and shops/restaurants. Very clean and family oriented. Great pool and surrounds.

We were not informed that two of the beds were couches. We were a party of three adults and a child with only three proper beds. Should have been made clearer.
