La localisation est idéale, à 5 min à pied du centre, 10 min de la place du commerce ! Enorme point positif Le propriétaire est très réactif
Comme attendu, la propreté, notamment des escaliers/parties communes de l'immeuble, était atroce (des cafards). Pourtant, l'appartement était propre ! Une odeur d'égout de temps en temps ...

Relativamente cerca al centro. Pero el barrio parece feo y no muy seguro
Un precio excesivo de 110€ para 20mts2 con una cama que suena en cada momento. Suelos de baño y salón flojos caminar era un dolor de cabeza. Ubicado el último piso pasando por escaleras super deterioradas y en mal olor. FATAL

I didn't stay at the location.. I waking in and out at moment i see the place, is a dangerous stairs location to get in , the room has not condition to be available for location.. poo cleaning poor everything the building is old and a bad condition to stay in.

Super Lage, toller Balkon mit schöner Aussicht über die Stadt und richtiges Lissabonfeeling.
Der Hausflur hat sehr steile Treppen, ist ziemlich dreckig, Licht funktioniert bedingt und haben auch Kakerlaken gesehen. Die Unterkunft riecht stark nach dem stinkenden Abfluss im Bad. Wenn die Badtür zu ist und man dauerhaft lüftet, dann geht's

der Ausblick war sehr schön. die Nähe zum Zentrum ideal.
das Zimmer hat stark, vom badezimmer aus nach Schimmel und Feuchtigkeit gerochen. Der Zugang zum Zimmer war extrem ( 4. Stock ). die Treppen waren steil und teilweise beschädigt. Treppenhauslicht nur teils funktioniert. Für ältere Menschen total ungeeignet. Abends etwas laut von der Strasse

La posizione è molto buona, vicina a una delle piazze principali. Purtroppo il quartiere è molto sporco e rumoroso ma con le finestre chiuse non si sente niente. L’appartamento era pulito, ben fornito e il letto comodo
L’edificio era molto sporco e scomodo, 4 piano senza ascensore, le scale piene di blatte (siamo stati 6 giorni e non sono mai state pulite) Le prese vicino al letto non funzionavano. Il wifi c’era ma non c’era scritta la password, e quando l’abbiamo chiesta non abbiamo ricevuto risposta
