"Good location. Worst after sales service"

The location was good.

Their after sales service was the worst. I left the day of check out at 6am and annouced them at 9am that I forgot my bag of shoes in the only cupboard, and they informed me at 4 pm that they did not find it. They were not answering my calls, on booking chat they were having delays in reply..... On check in nice behaviour, on check out you are no one!
