"Wonderful comfortable place in central Varazze"

Loved the terrace, really relaxing with a couple of sun loungers and table outside. The furniture was clean and very comfortable. The decor was simple but elegant. The location is right behind the station so very convenient to walk down to the main town.

The property is on the 4th floor, whilst I have no mobility issues my brother is blind so it was challenging to guide him to get upstairs.

The big balcony with view of the sea. Room fans. Relatively quite location, but closed to everything.

No lift. No air conditioning option. No cover for the balcony.

Comfortable, new flat. Nice furniture, great terrace, well-equipped kitchen. Everything is well explained. Host is responsive.

I deducted 1 point for the location. It’s a bit of a walk for a quick coffee or picking up groceries. Managable, but count on 15 mins to get to a bar or shop.
