Hotel Season 4 -3-star hotel

Our rooms were not ready and as mentioned by the reception staff our rooms were given to someone else . The rooms given to us were not cleaned properly, no hot water , tv remote not working , no soap , we had to get the rooms cleaned next day again . Bf was ordinary and no tea cups were available at the buffet we were given tea in disposable small cups , food was cold too . Our room service food given was not covered , we were so unhappy that we felt like shifting the hotel . What the hotel looks in website it’s not that
