The location was brilliant as it was in walking distance from the centre and parking was good. The laundry room was great. Communication with the host was really good and check in and out instructions were clear

The location, the house style, the facilities, WiFi! Comfy beds. The communication with the property. Is very clean and modern. I would definetely stay here if I would come back to Iceland and I will recommend to my friends too!

The only small thing is about the camera on the entrance to the apartment I found it a bit creepy and weird (0 privacy) and the fact that you can’t bring anyone to the flat not even friends to have some drinks but not staying and they tell you if you bring someone you will be kicked out of the apartment (this did not apply to me as I was travelling solo and I did not have friends to come anyways) but I found it a bit too much I guess is for past experiences they might had with past guests.

Pulizia eccezionale. Posizione e arredamento tutto piuttosto curato e di design. Materassi di qualità, lenzuola e tappezzerie ottime.

Avrei adeguato la dimensione delle pentole alla capacità della cucina per poter utilizzare entrambe le 2 posizioni contemporaneamente ad esempio quando cucini sugo e pasta. Il dialogo con la Direzione, dopo il check in non ha risposto alle domande. Sono stato 20gg.

I love everything about this room. It is convenient, easy to find parking space, reasonable price, full of kitchenette. There are a lot of heaters in the room and the beds are comfortable. If I have a chance to stay in Reykjavik in the future, I would love to stay at this place again.

Great location, very easy to walk to the main part of town and it's right next to multiple supermarkets. Free street parking and the apartment itself is modern and clean. 2 rooms were both lovely and a mini balcony.

No major issues at all but it does back on to a street so there is some street noise at times. Also was there during the midnight sun period and a lot of light came into the bedrooms so could benefit from better light proofing.

There was a balcony both in front and in back of the apartment. We made our breakfasts in our fully equipped kitchen. The laundry room had several machines ready for use. The property was very clean and I am a clean freak. There were sights close by, restaurants the beautiful Hallgrimskirkja Church, but most were a 20 to 30 minute walk away, We really enjoyed that aspect, seeing the neighborhoods along the way. The arial picture was taken from the church steeple, which shows the neighborhood where the apartment was located.

The parking was a bit tricky one night, but we found free parking 5 minutes away. Otherwise we were able to park right in front of the building. No other issues.
