I left my key by mistake in the flat and no-one was there to help. There is no contact number over the weekend. I had to pay myself for a locksmith. The agents should have given me access to a spare key. There was one and a half toilet rolls for a 5 day stay for two people. There was no bedding for the sofa bed. We couldn't find the cleaning materials like brush, pan, mop and bucket. Booking had to intervene as non one replied to my requests for cleaning materials. There was no information about the apartment, what the keys were for, where places were etc. It seemed like they had only one objective. The guests pay and are left to their own resources. Not easy for a foreigner in a strange country. A total disaster from our point of view as we spent over 4 hours in the street at night not knowing how to get in to our accommodation. Eventually, I think Booking intervened again and I got a curt message saying ring a locksmith and pay for it yourself. We were locked out from 9 till almost 01.00 in the morning. A nightmare.

The apartment was lovely and clean and great views .the bed was very comfortable

The settee was a little to hard

Location was amazing. Very close to beach and promenade. Fantastic pool.

No air conditioning. Difficult to sleep at night. Also, some works going on.
