Beautifully presented and very clean. Great location! Nice to have use of the spa too. We will definitely be back!

It did get quite hot but there were fans provided.

The YouTube video was an excellent idea from the host as we would never have found the apartment otherwise. Yes the corridor to the apartment was a little dated but it is not part of the Hilton hotel so don't expect it to be hotel standard. Once in the apartment we climbed the stairs and we were welcomed by a lovely view of the beach. There was lots of room for all of us in the apartment and location wise was perfect for a concert a the Brighton centre.

The double beds were a little small. No latch on the downstairs bedroom door. Poor water pressure in the showers. Only 3 mugs in the kitchen for morning coffee. No outdoor furniture to sit and enjoy the lovely weather.

Lovely apartment, really clean and spacious and also had a well stocked kitchen. The roof terrace was lovely and offered great views. The host checked in to ensure we had a good check in and asked if we had any concerns. Would highly recommend anyone to book. Lovely location right opposite to the beach and a short walk to the shops.

No issues or concerns. A good suggestion may be to have some board games or cards. ( Just want to confirm I never asked the host if they had any but were unable to see any. It wasn't a main issue for us) The apartment was amazing

Good location only 15min walk from the main pier. Hotel staff and apartment contacts were really helpful. Very toasty underfloor heating. Comfy beds and quality bedding. Nice having access to hotel spa facilities.

Beds were a bit small. Cords need replacing on most of the lounge/kitchen blinds.

The view

A few things in apartment not working ie. Towel rail in en-suite, door latch on master bedroom broken, strings on blinds in lounge broken, kitchen not cleaned to a good standard on arrival. Bedding appeared to not fit the beds eg the fitted sheet in master seemed too small and the duvets didn’t appear to fit in the covers.

Good location

Appartment was advertised with access to Spa, Sauna and Gym. This was not the case. When we tried to access these facilities, we were kicked out ! This was a recuring problem with previous tenants of this appartment according to the establishment but not corrected on the description on Booking.com. We feel we were wrongly influenced by the description. No refund or discount was given by the renter in the end although they indicated they would do so in their email exchange.
