"Beautiful apartment great location"

Fabulous location and views. Lovely light, airy apartment and very comfortable. Being above the hotel and having access to those facilities a nice bonus.

The water pressure was a bit low / random.

Clean. Adequately equipped but not homely it to level expected. Lots of loose wire abd trip hazards. Broken blinds,

Booking in experience was very, very poor. The agent was curt and had chip on his shoulder. Appears to think that gaslighting is an effective management strategy. We received a booking confirmation from Booking.con via email. This the agent (Nathan) claims is nothing to do with him. The incorrect lock code given on this was also nothing to do with him and the hotel which knew nothing about his property, again was not his problem. Apparently a long booking in process is required online. The agents don’t consider to call or email you regarding this, but choose use booking.coms rather limited internal message service that does not notify the user of any messages. So if you don’t check your apps setting to find an internal message service, then you will not know of any additional booking in process from normal. Reporting to Nathan of a very frustrating and poor user experience only gained teenage like grunts of “its not my fault” and gaslighting to the extreme in claiming he had called me twice. I’d have thought that even a teenager with limited technical understanding might appreciate that all mobile phones list calls both in and out. Unsurprisingly no call from the agent was received in the time from booking to arrival. My advice to the owner is sack the current agents and hire someone competent. My advice to the agent (Nathan) is try to be nice and to work on your abrasive personality.

"Loved our stay!"

Loved the location and the facilities. It was a lovely space with great views. It is walking distance to most places and there are 3 great size bedrooms.

The water supply was a little odd, maybe it was the plumbing. Water trickled very slowly from most of the taps and the showers had no pressure.

Absolutely beautiful apartment with loads of space, very clean and overall a great location looking out over the sea and the i360 and Brighton pier. Will definitely be staying here again next time. We’re in Brighton great value for money in comparison to staying at some of the premium hotels. You actually get a lot more in this place including access to this spa and swimming pool at the Hilton Hotel Parking is just underneath the hotel, and there’s a lift that goes directly up to the apartment with free spacious bedrooms, a massive living room, dining area, kitchen with a great outdoor terrace

Loved how close it was to the lanes and is very central in Brighton and it’s on the coast and you can see all the seas from the massive Terrace including Brighton Pier and the old burnt down pier and the i360 is a spectacular view from the apartment as well

"Lots of space — would return."

A lovely space right on the sea front. As a family of five, it was great to have so much room. Hosts were very quick to respond to messages, and keen to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay. They were also very flexible over checkout time, which we really appreciated. It was also great having access to the pool and sauna etc. Sadly the weather was awful so we didn’t get to enjoy the terrace — but if we return to Brighton, we would happily stay here again, so who knows — maybe we’ll get to try it in the future!

Minor quibbles really but the shower in the en suite had very little power, and it would have been nice to have had shower gel & shampoo provided.
