Room was spacious,we had the executive suite booked

I had booked twice in a gap of two days, first booking was fine but the next booking was cancelled because their MD was coming with his group. I don't understand how they run their business of their own MD doesn't treat their customers properly.i had to book another hotel at the last moment,pathetic attitude and pathetic hospitality
