Heaven's View, 2 Bedrooms, Sleeps 10, Hot Tub, Pool Table, Arcade, Jacuzzi

The view from the upper balcony was spectacular! Good location and well stocked with linens and kitchenware. Loved the game room and hot tub. Enjoyed the pool.

The listing said 2 bedrooms - it's essentially one BR with bunk beds in the open game room, not my idea of 2 BR. The whirlpool tub and better shower are upstairs, again a little deceiving from the listing. The Roku TV didn't have all local or essential cable stations (ESPN, TNT, HGTV, etc.) and the other 2 tv's only had about 10 digital channels - expected a better streaming service.

The view was amazing!! The cabin was clean and easy to find! In between Gatlinburg and pigeon forge, great location!

The cabin was amazing I even got to stay an extra night for half the price because they had an available night, we didn’t wanna leave , the view was amazing !!! The kids love the pool table fuseball table the hot tub :)

Location was great for Gatlinburg. Veiws from 2nd floor balcony were great. It was decorated nicely. Beds were comfortable. 2 bathrooms were a plus and washer/dryer was handy.

Wifi was constantly going out. Not many t.v. channels in bedrooms. Living room. T.v. was smart t.v. but when wifi crashed couldnt use it. No firepit, and fireplace only glowed but didnt heat. hot tub was small and outdated. Hot water didnt last long enough to fill up the Jacuzzi tub. Nail sticking out of stair railing that could have cut your hand. (I do maintenance and had my tool box so i personally fixed this for my kids safety. Rocker chair on bottom deck missing a nut so it didnt rock. They Could do a few small things to keep-up and update a little better and it would be a 10 🌟 cabin.
