"Perfect Apartment"

Everything about the apartment was perfect. I arrived a little early to check in but the owner made sure I had somewhere comfortable to wait and gave me a bottle of water. The apartment was well furnished and exceptionally clean throughout with lots of nice touches including a guitar hung on the wall with an open offer to play it (quietly)! The owner provided a welcome information pack with lots of tips on places to eat and visit in Memphis. Even this folder was presented as though it was brand new. A wonderful place for your stay in Memphis, only 5 minutes drive from Downtown.

"Decent place. Parking is tight but felt safe since it was gated and there was all rear parking near the alley.that backs"

Location. Modern interior. AC. Fairly clean except few minor things.

There were flies in the apartment. The shower towels were damp. There was a small false eyelash on the bed. Bathroom sink wasn’t really cleaned.
