We like Benal Beach and we usually stay there at least twice a year. But I will never stay with this agency.

Lack of support by the agency or owners, they aren't helpful at all and quite rude to say the least. Balcony floods with the water of the air con we had to place a bowl, shower taps are at shin levels so very uncomfortable. The kitchen sink is wrongly placed and it is quite difficult to clean, please see the pic.. I could go on as the worst thing is the lack of communication, if you send a message in English they will always answer in Spanish, I reported that the booking page wasn't allowing me an extension so I messaged them, their reply in a blunt sentence call booking, so we had to book two bookings to accommodate the extensión. I got a call from their cleaner a day before asking if we're leaving earlier to let her know, not very professional as I quoted we will be leaving at check out at noon, this is amusing as their check in time is 1600 and when I requested an early check from 1600 to 1400 they just replied in a message with a simply no. Benal Beach is a great place for familws but please use another agency that's not this people so you are not disappointed ☹️
